Giulio Baer is currently the head of the Customs Business Unit at Express Global, Cosulich Group, a position held since October 2024. From 2008 to 2024, Giulio managed the Ships department at SAT, a freight forwarding and customs brokerage company within the Finsea Group. In addition to maritime operations, Giulio has served as Vice President at Spediporto since 2018, representing freight forwarders in various industry initiatives and coordination with the Customs Agency. An active member of "The Italian Council of Customs Broker" since 2019, Giulio has contributed to multiple projects in the shipping and customs sectors while also fulfilling a role as a member of the Advisory Committee of the Port Authority of Genoa and Savona.
