Randy W. Harris

Randy W. Harris serves as the Vice President of Training & Development at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, responsible for creating scalable training systems for over 370 corporate and franchise locations since September 2012. Additionally, Randy has been the Senior Pastor at Crossview Community Church since April 2000, engaging in teaching, preaching, and leadership development within the congregation. As a Professional Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with The John Maxwell Team since February 2012, Randy offers seminars focused on leadership, relationships, and personal growth. Previously, Randy was a Professor of Religion at Bevill State Community College from August 2007 to December 2011, teaching Old and New Testament Survey to hundreds of students annually. Randy holds an MA in Biblical Interpretation from Lubbock Christian University, completed in 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations from the same institution, earned in 1990.
