Stéphanie Myner-Nham

With more than 20 years of progressive corporate experience covering cross-functional expertise, Stéphanie is responsible for the overall strategic direction of ESC’s Human Resources and Corporate Services department.

She drives ESC’s diverse and talented workforce towards an innovative future. Her areas of oversight include organizational development, employee relations, change management, policy review, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Concurrently, Stéphanie serves as Chief Privacy Officer and oversees the Privacy Program. Stéphanie has spearheaded key initiatives at ESC that have contributed to the strong culture and enhanced the employee experience, making the organization a great place to work.
