Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen has a diverse work history, with experience in various roles and industries. Lisa began their career in 1988 as a Corporate Trainer at Prufrock Investments. In 1991, they joined Sharp Personnel as a Staffing Supervisor before moving on to Personnel Consultants in 1994 as a Personnel Consultant. In 1999, Lisa joined Express Employment Professionals, where they held multiple positions. Lisa started as the Regional COO for the Sherman and Bryan/College Station Territories, focusing on developing new offices and hiring and training new teams. Lisa then became the COO, CSP, leading a team dedicated to helping people succeed and placing great talent in jobs. In 2014, Lisa transitioned to the role of Regional Developer Representative at Express Employment Professionals, providing support to franchisees and assisting in recruitment, coaching, and training.

Lisa Allen attended Conroe High School from 1974 to 1978. Lisa then pursued Business Administration at the Coastline Regional Occupational Program from 1978 to 1980. Lisa obtained two additional certifications: CSP from the American Staffing Association in 2012 and Certified Staffing Professional from the same institution in 2012.
