Shafruhan Sinungan

Shafruhan Sinungan earned a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Management from Borobudur University, Jakarta in 1982. He has served as an Independent Director of the Company since September 2012. He previously served as President Commissioner of PT Surya Kencana Mobilindo from 1994 to 2001; Sales Manager at PT Astra International Tbk from 1995 to 1999; Branch Office Manager at PT Astra International Tbk from 2000 to 2011; Advisor at PT Astra International Tbk from 2011 to 2017; Commissioner at PT Putra Tunggal Aneka from 1987 to 1995; and Special Project Officer for Governmentand Public Transportation at PT Astra International from 1987 to 1993. For more than 19 years, he played an active role in the DKI Jakarta Land Transport Organization (Organda), he was appointed as Chairman of DPD Organda DKI Jakarta since 2013 until now. Since 2015 until now, he has served as the Chair of the Regional Coordinator of IIA DPP Organda. He also serves as the Head of Organda for Bus and Transport Units and the Executive Board of Organda DKI Jakarta.
