Scott Melody

Scott Melody is an experienced technology and operations leader currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure Operations & Service Delivery at EXPRESS, where management includes a large support organization and a significant GCP contract. Scott holds a long-standing position on the Tolles Career Tech Board of Education, representing Dublin City Schools, and has served multiple terms on the Dublin City Schools Board of Education with leadership roles including President and Vice President. Past experience includes various managerial roles at IBM, Qwest Communications, LCI, Electronic Data Systems, and General Electric, highlighting a comprehensive background in IT operations, service delivery, and project management. Scott earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and has completed graduate coursework and a leadership program at the same institution.
