Leopold Parts is a Group Leader at Wellcome Sanger Institute, where Leopold leads a combined computational and wetlab group under the Human Genetics programme. Leopold is also the Chief Technology Officer at ExpressionEdits. With a background in Computational Biology and Mathematics, Leopold has held various research and academic positions at institutions such as University of Toronto, EMBL, and Stanford University. Leopold completed their Ph.D in Computational Biology at the University of Cambridge and their B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
