Tenille Yongo

Tenille Yongo is an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant currently at Expressworks International since September 2019. Previously, Tenille held the Deputy Business Manager position at The Fifth Business from January 2019 to May 2019, and served as a Senior Change Management Consultant at the same company in Houston from November 2017 to May 2019. Tenille began their career as a Change Management Consultant at Inflection Consulting Limited from April 2012 to October 2016, where notable achievements included designing integration programs for BP Trinidad and Tobago and coaching senior managers. Prior to this, Tenille worked as a Senior Geologist with the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries in Trinidad & Tobago from October 2004 to April 2012, leading a process optimization program and overseeing Executive Management performance. Tenille holds a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from The University of the West Indies.
