Thoraya Halhoul, MS, is a seasoned Senior Consultant at Expressworks International since January 2004, specializing in Strategic Change Management for mid to large-scale organizational transformations. Expertise includes change impact assessments, project management, organizational design, and executive coaching, with notable projects involving global merger integrations and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Additionally, Thoraya serves as a Trainer and Senior Facilitator at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, leading the highly acclaimed Interpersonal Dynamics course aimed at enhancing leadership and relationship skills.
