Vivian Li

Vivian Li has extensive experience in management consulting and organizational change. At Expressworks International, Vivian serves as the Managing Director for Emerging Clients, leading various efforts such as large-scale transformations, leadership alignment, and creative communications. Additionally, Vivian has partnered with external experts to create learning opportunities on topics such as judgment and decision making and the psychology of persuasion. Prior to this role, Vivian held positions at Capgemini/Ernst & Young and EY, where Vivian focused on global CRM executive program management and management consulting practice, respectively. Vivian holds a BS in International Business from Trinity University.
