Faisal Alshohetan, CIPD, C-KPI has a strong background in payroll and compensation. Faisal started their career at Tawuniya in 2016 as an HR - Payroll & Contracts Officer. Faisal then moved on to the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (هيئة كفاءة الإنفاق والمشروعات الحكومية) in 2018, where they held various roles. Faisal started as a Payroll & Employee Care Specialist at Mashroat National Program (برنامج مشروعات الوطني) and later progressed to the position of Senior Payroll & Compensation Specialist. Currently, Faisal holds the role of Expert Payroll & Compensation at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, showcasing their expertise in this field.

Faisal Alshohetan completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language & Literature from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University from 2009 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained the following certifications: Certified KPI Professional from The KPI Institute in August 2022, Human Resources Practice - CIPD Lvl 3 from Oakwood International in November 2018, and International Certificate in IT Skills Foundation from AlFaisal International Academy in March 2017.
