Khaled Alomary is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, performance management, and project execution. Khaled currently serves as the Senior Director - Strategy and Performance Management at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority. Prior to this role, they worked at the Royal Commission for AlUla as the Strategic Initiatives Management Lead.

Before joining the government sector, Khaled worked at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority as the Lead Strategist in Strategy Planning and Execution. During their tenure, they played a key role in the merger exercise between the General Authority of Zakat and Tax, and Saudi Customs Authority to form The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. Khaled also contributed to the development of a three-year strategy for the organization and reviewed its operating model and organizational structure.

Khaled Alomary has a diverse education history. Khaled obtained their Associate's degree in English Language from San Jose State University in 2012. Later, in 2014, they completed their Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Shenandoah University.
