Meshal Almuhaidib

Meshal Almuhaidib has a diverse work experience in the fields of project management, construction engineering, and rail work. Meshal currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, where they manage projects and provides technical recommendations. Prior to this, they worked as a Professional Construction Engineer at the same organization, where they reviewed stalled projects and resolved technical and political problems.

Before joining the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, Meshal worked at Qiddiya as an Assistant Manager/ site management. In this role, they were responsible for constructing security gates and supervising on-site construction work.

Meshal also gained valuable experience at Alstom, where they served as a Leader Maintenance Engineer in rail work and an Installation Supervisor related to track work. In these positions, they evaluated systems and facilities for maintenance, delegated tasks, tracked resources, and ensured coordination within the team.

Meshal's earlier experience includes working at FAST CONSORTIUM, where they acted as Chief Superintendent in Track Joint Venture, Track Engineer, and Site Track Engineer. In these roles, they oversaw track work, monitored site progress, planned and coordinated with other interfaces, and ensured safety and security during site activities.
