Anas AlShbanat has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Anas is currently working as a Policy Chief Expert at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Initiative Manager at the National Center for Non-Profit Sector from July 2019 to February 2022. Anas also worked as a Project Manager at the Vision Realization Office, Ministry of Health from April 2018 to May 2019. Before that, they held the position of Senior Project Engineer at ABB for four years from January 2014 to April 2018.

Anas AlShbanat has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical power engineering from King Saud University. Anas obtained this degree in 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned several certifications. Anas obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2021. Anas also earned the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification from the same institution in January 2022. Recently, in February 2022, they became a CERTIFIED KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) PROFESSIONAL, completing the certification program offered by The KPI Institute.
