Mohammed AlHaddad, PMP®, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Mohammed currently holds the position of Director at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Project Manager from February 2022 to January 2023 and as a Consultant from March 2020 to January 2022 at the same organization.

Before joining the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, Mohammed worked at Jacobs as a Sr. Project Engineer / Acting Project Manager from July 2019 to March 2020, as a Project Engineer from March 2018 to July 2019, and as a Junior Project Engineer from August 2015 to March 2018.

Additionally, Mohammed briefly worked at Jacobs OneWorld Network as the KSA Lead from December 2018 to May 2019. Mohammed started their career at Saudi Aramco as a Trainee Project Engineer from June 2014 to December 2014.

Mohammed AlHaddad, PMP®, completed their education at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals - KFUPM from 2009 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2020. Mohammed also holds a Finance for Non-Finance certification from the Virginia Institute of Finance & Management, which they obtained in December 2022.

Expro was formed pursuant to a Cabinet Decision issued on February 23, 2021 corresponding to Rajab 11, 1442 AH, pursuant to Resolution No. (389), to include the National Program for Supporting Project Management, Operation and Maintenance in Public Entities (Projects) to the Spending Efficiency Achieving Center, and transforming the Center into the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority governmental.
