Stephan Shere

Stephan Shere has a diverse range of work experience. Stephan founded Exquisite Software, Inc. in 2007 and served as its CEO. The company specializes in software development and aims to provide innovative technologies for businesses. In 2019, Stephan joined Exquisite Holdings as a Managing Partner. Stephan then went on to become the CEO of Exquisite Capital in 2021, where they were responsible for managing the company's success and identifying strengths and weaknesses of employees. In the same year, they also worked at Exquisite Security, Inc. In 2022, Stephan became the CEO of Exquisite Companies, with a focus on building a better future for everyone.

Stephan Shere earned a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering and Database Development from the University of Advancing Technology, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Stephan has obtained several certifications including Foundations of Project Management, Introduction to Scrum Master Training, Scrum Master Certification: Scaling Agile and the Team-of-Teams, and a Typing certificate. These certifications were obtained in January 2023 from institutions such as Coursera | Google and Ratatype.
