Peter Knudsen

Peter Knudsen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the IT and business fields.

Peter started their career at Eurasia Commerce Center A/S in 1983 as a Kontor Assistant, where they assisted in the implementation of a new IT system.

In 1987, they joined S. Møller Christensen A/S as an IT Chef, responsible for IT operations and logistics for 180 employees across multiple locations. Peter also played a role in developing a business system for optimizing inventory management. Peter stayed with the company until 1991.

From 1990 to 1992, Peter worked as the Director at DaxData.

In 1993, they joined u9consult A/S as a Chefkonsulent, where they took charge of infrastructure sales, established a technical department, and served as a program developer and system consultant. Peter remained with the company until 2007.

Peter then moved to EG A/S, where they held various roles from 2007 to 2011. Peter initially worked as a Chefkonsulent, continuing the activities from u9consult A/S and managing project sales and implementation. Peter then became an Accountmanager, focusing on sales of Microsoft Dynamics XAL, NAV, and AX solutions, as well as serving as a product manager for Fujitsu, Citrix, and Cisco. In 2011, they transitioned to the position of Sales Executive for Dynamics NAV, specializing in B2B sales and solution-oriented approach to meet customer needs.

From 2011 to 2016, Peter worked at ProInfo A/S, starting as a Salgschef-Afdelingschef, responsible for Dynamics C5 and the technical department. Peter developed sales activities, application services, and conducted C5 courses. Later, they became a Divisionschef, overseeing the hosting center, sales department, and technical department. Peter also provided sales and consulting services for software, hardware, and IT services.

Since 2016, Peter has been working at iAdvice. Peter started as a Salgs- & Konsulentchef, where they focused on sales, consultancy, and business development for VISMA Business, Dynamics NAV/C5, POS (Retail), AZURE, Office365, Power-BI, and IT solutions. Peter also provided guidance on data security, hosting, web trading, and EU data regulations. In 2022, they became the COO - Salgsdirektør, continuing their strategic and project management responsibilities for ERP, POS, and IT operations.

Throughout their career, Peter has developed expertise in sales, consultancy, project management, and IT operations.

Peter Knudsen has a diverse education history. In 1979 to 1981, they attended Viby Amtsgymnasium, where they studied Mathematics and Physics. Later, in 1982 to 1983, they enrolled at Århus EDB Skole and focused on Computer Operator studies. In 2011, Peter completed a course on the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" at FranklinCovey. Lastly, in 2017, they pursued a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) certification from PreterLex Ltd. located in Cambridge, U.K. No specific field of study was mentioned for this particular certification.
