Elodie Lemoine

Elodie LEMOINE is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over a decade in various HR roles. Currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at EXteam since October 2020, Elodie is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of training plans, integration management, annual reviews, and recruitment. Prior experience includes roles at EdifiXio, where Elodie focused on recruitment and administrative tasks related to employment, as well as Metronews and BRED Banque Populaire, with responsibilities ranging from administrative support in HR to running recruitment campaigns for apprenticeships. Elodie began their career at ABS PARTNERS as Chargée de recrutement, specializing in sourcing and candidate management. Elodie holds a Master’s degree in Management et Gestion des Ressources Humaines from INSEEC.
