Eytan Rubinstein

Eytan Rubinstein is a skilled professional in real estate development and investment, currently serving as a Development Associate at Extell since July 2024. Previously, Eytan worked at Tishman in real estate private equity and at Hildreth Real Estate Advisors focusing on acquisitions. Earlier experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Kroll and positions at Alvarez & Marsal in restructuring and management consulting. Eytan also contributed to the startup ecosystem through TAVtech, where significant leadership roles were held, and engaged in research related to Initial Coin Offerings at NYU Stern School of Business. Eytan Rubinstein is pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development at Columbia University, building on a foundational education from NYU Stern and Suffern High School.
