Seth Noah Turner

Seth Noah Turner is a Development Associate at Extell since January 2023 and has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Columbia University in the City of New York since May 2015. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Tishman Speyer from May 2017 to February 2023, where management responsibilities included the Bossert Hotel conversion, and at Clipper Equity from June 2015 to June 2017. Turner also worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Knightsbridge Properties on "The Cast Iron House" project in TriBeCa and held positions as a Development Acquisitions Intern at Six Sigma NYC and an architectural intern at AEDAS and ARUP. Education includes a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University, alongside a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida.
