Heidi Dowden

Heidi Dowden is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Extended Care since November 2022, Heidi previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. Prior to that, roles included HR Business Partner at Pathway to Living, Director of Enterprise Staffing at Midwest Clinical Resource, and multiple senior HR roles at Villa Healthcare. Heidi began her career as a Division Human Resources Recruiter at Enlivant. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership from Ottawa University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
