The Business Analyst (BA) will join the Stabilify Development Team working with clients to analyze and document business processes for the software solution to be developed, to determine and document what functional requirements and high-level features will best suit the client’s needs, to elaborate on the details of the software development project and requirements to manage the project more accurately, and to support the solution’s implementation. The Business Analyst will ensure our client’s business needs are met and consistent with the project's overall vision. The BA must be an excellent facilitator and communicator (both technical and non-technical), enjoy problem-solving, be comfortable engaging in dialogue about business and technical standards and decisions, and be able to multi-task in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key contact point for project-specific development requirements
  • Analyze, define, document, and translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications and comprehensive business requirements for Dynamics 365 and PowerBI
    solutions and development team
  • Investigate, analyze, and document the client’s business processes and pain points and assist in defining and designing technical solutions to its business problems
  • Create and execute test cases and develop user stories to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Perform end to end Data validation and utilize APIs to query solution data sets and reports
  • Develop and refine business process maps to ensure the development of the appropriate software solution and limit any unnecessary “rework.”
  • Work with end users to develop test procedures to conduct thorough validation and testing of the solution
  • Assist with project management from development through validation and delivery

Experience:

  • B.S. in Business Administration/Management or related field or equivalent experience 
  • Proficient knowledge of business and technical standards 
  • One (1+) or more years of experience as a business or technical analyst on teams building client-facing software. 
  • One (1+) or more years of experience preparing documentation to support the analysis results, including detailed Requirements, Process Flows, etc. 
  • One (1+) or more years of hands-on writing, modifying, and executing SQL queries. 
  • One (1+) or more years of practical experience performing data analysis on large datasets. 
  • Competency in using SQL to discover, aggregate, and extract data is a MUST. 
  • Ability to partner and collaborate across clients and teams in multiple time zones. 
  • Fluent in switching hats between technical and business when communicating with clients and IT Teams 
  • Experienced in designing, building, and providing full support of end-to-end enterprise solutions. 
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 
  • Human Services background is a plus.

  • Experience in a client-facing role, liaising with clients and leading requirements gathering and JAD sessions. 
  • Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality. 
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Outstanding attention to detail and sharp focus on achieving results. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English 
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

The expected annual base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of bonus or benefits. More information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors will be shared during the hiring process.
