Stephanie Glenn

Stephanie Glenn has a robust background in long-term care management and clinical excellence, currently serving as a Long Term Care Consultant for Extendicare since October 2016, following roles as Senior Director of Care and LTC Consultant. Prior to Extendicare, Stephanie held the position of Director of Care at Parisien Manor, overseeing staffing and resident care while coordinating RAI MDS processes. Previous experience includes Director of Nursing and Personal Care at Sandfield Place, where responsibilities involved staff management, data analysis, and budgeting. Stephanie’s early career featured roles as an Education Specialist and Registered Nurse, with a focus on RAI MDS implementation and quality care. An educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and gerontology certifications from St. Francis Xavier University, alongside a Nursing Diploma from St. Lawrence College.
