Anithea Dorch

Anithea Dorch has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement. Anithea has held various leadership roles at JCPenney, where they were responsible for overseeing HR functions across domestic and international offices, retail locations, and supply chain systems. Prior to that, they worked at Alcon, a Novartis company, where they served as the Director of Human Resources for the Global Commercial Strategy group. Additionally, Dorch has previous experience at Yum! Brands and Kellogg Company, where they worked in HR and account management roles. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at Extenet, where they are responsible for all HR objectives and driving transformative initiatives to match enterprise growth.

Anithea Dorch obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Tuskegee University. In April 2021, they completed the Black Executive Leadership Program offered by McKinsey & Company. Furthermore, they obtained certification as a DDI Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International in 2008.
