Patti Paulo

Patti Paulo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patti began their career at XO Communications in 1999 as a Senior Manager, overseeing business processes. Patti then moved on to Con Edison Communications in 2002, where they served as a Service Delivery Manager. In 2006, they joined RCN Metro as a Director, responsible for integrating processes and support systems during the acquisition of Con Edison Communications. Patti also led the disaster recovery team for service and systems.

In 2008, Paulo joined Glowpoint, Inc. as the Director of Systems Integration, where they played a pivotal role in the design and implementation of a new application for video conferencing operations. Patti also served as the Director of Production Operations during their tenure at Glowpoint, overseeing multiple projects and leading technical teams.

Paulo joined iCIMS in 2014 as a Manager of Integration Services, before transitioning to Axiom Fiber Networks later that year as a Vice President of Business Operations. Their responsibilities at Axiom included procurement, deployment, and maintenance of software for telecom network support, as well as overseeing network deployment and project management.

Most recently, Paulo worked at Extenet as the Vice President of Business Operations, and later as the Senior Vice President of Network Planning and Operations. Their role involved strategic planning and operational management, ensuring optimal delivery of services to clients.

Patti Paulo obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business & Marketing from Montclair State University during the period of 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in December 2014.
