Ryan serves as the Vice President of Implementation at ExtensisHR, fostering a people-first approach to payroll and HR solutions since October 2022. Previously, Ryan held several pivotal roles at Proliant, culminating in the Director of Implementation & Training, where responsibilities included overseeing implementation teams and enhancing client relations. Ryan's career also spans positions at Paylocity, Paychex, Target, and Toys R Us, showcasing a strong foundation in account management, payroll processing, and team leadership. With certifications including CPP, PHR, and SHRM-CP, Ryan is committed to driving strategic HR initiatives and client success.
