Mai Alqudah has extensive experience in education and customer service. Since September 2014, Mai has served as an English Teacher at Mayar International School, teaching English, Math, Science, and Social Studies for the International Section. Concurrently, Mai has been a Quality Assurance Officer at Extensya since February 2009, where responsibilities include evaluating and coaching Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), reporting performance metrics, and enhancing service quality. Mai has held various roles within Extensya, ranging from Customer Service Representative to Senior Representative, where tasks involved providing customer satisfaction, training staff, and managing operational workflows. Mai holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language/Translation from the University of Petra, completed between 2005 and 2008.
