Ashwini Wardekar

Ashwini Wardekar has a diverse work experience in the field of Salesforce business analysis. They started their career at Amazon Development Centre as a Senior Associate in 2016. Later, they joined Maersk Global Service Centres and held two roles - IT Analyst and Process Expert. In these roles, they worked on Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration, collaborated with various teams, gathered and documented application requirements, and implemented customized apps. Subsequently, they worked at BYJU'S as a Salesforce Business Analyst, where they closely worked with business users, prepared training material, conducted training sessions, and prepared solution and design documents. Currently, Ashwini is working as a Salesforce Business Analyst at Extentia Information Technology.

Ashwini Wardekar completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from HVPM Amravati from 2009 to 2012. They then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2012 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Ashwini obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in October 2017. They also achieved the ITIL Service Operation certification from PeopleCert in June 2019.
