Mrunali Sathone

Mrunali Sathone has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mrunali started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Blitz Jobs in May 2020, where they managed the full-cycle recruitment process for interns. Mrunali sourced potential candidates from various online channels and conducted interviews. Mrunali also reviewed background check reports and handled the offer letters and exit formalities for selected interns.

After their internship, Mrunali joined Affluent Global Services in May 2021 as an Associate Staffing Specialist. Mrunali worked in this role for a year, utilizing their skills in staffing and talent acquisition.

Currently, Mrunali is working at Extentia Information Technology as an Associate Human Resources - Talent Management, starting from June 2022.

Mrunali Sathone completed their post-graduation in Human Resources Management from MIT World Peace University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a PGP in Data Analytics at MIT Skills from 2017 to 2018. Mrunali holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering - YCCE. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Tableau Essential Training (2020.1) from LinkedIn in October 2020, and a certification in Managing Talent from the University of Michigan, offered through Coursera, in May 2020.
