Siddhant Dhillon

Siddhant Dhillon has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Siddhant started their career in 2006 as an Associate Business Analyst at Encon Services Private Limited. Siddhant then joined IDBI Bank in 2009 as an Assistant Manager, where they worked as a Business Analyst for Payment Gateway, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking. In 2010, Siddhant joined KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited as a Business Analyst and worked there until 2013.

Since 2013, Siddhant has been working at Extentia Information Technology. Siddhant initially started as a Business Consultant in the Salesforce Practice and worked in this role until 2020. Siddhant then became a Solutions Manager in the Salesforce Practice and held this position until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, Siddhant served as a Senior Strategic Solutions Manager at Extentia Information Technology. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Delivery at the same company.

Throughout their career, Siddhant has gained expertise in strategic solutions, Salesforce practice, business consulting, and business analysis.

Siddhant Dhillon has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended Daly College in Indore, where they focused on computer science. From 2001 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science at Pune Institute of Computer Technology. Siddhant then decided to further their education and enrolled at the International School of Business and Media in Pune from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Marketing. In 2009, they attended the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, where they obtained a C.F.A degree in Finance. Most recently, in 2019, Siddhant attended MIT Sloan School of Management for a course in Digital Business Strategy.

In addition to their formal education, Siddhant has obtained various certifications. Siddhant is a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Siddhant also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Project Management Institute and has completed the Mastering Business Analysis course endorsed by IIBA, Canada.
