Catherine Odhiambo

Catherine Odhiambo currently serves as the Head of Media, Community & Events at Foodpreneurs Hub, where strategies for media engagement and community events are developed to support African food entrepreneurs. Catherine has also taken on the role of Ambassador for Extern, contributing to its community alongside established partners. Extensive experience includes editorial leadership at multiple industry publications, including Food Business Africa, Milling Middle East & Africa, and Dairy Business Africa. Previous positions in food quality assurance and statistics highlight a strong background in safety compliance and data management. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Chuka University and has pursued various professional development courses, including HACCP certification and microbiology.
