Samantha Nguyen is a marketing professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and business development. Currently serving as a Customer Marketing Manager at Exterro since November 2019, Samantha collaborates with Customer Success and Account Manager teams to enhance communication on marketing activities, manages campaigns, and tracks performance metrics. Previously, Samantha held roles as an Email & Social Marketing Coordinator and Enterprise Business Development Representative at Exterro, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness. Before Exterro, Samantha worked as a Lead Cashier at Ulta Beauty, where strong customer service and team leadership were emphasized, and as a Student Office Assistant at Portland State University, assisting with administrative tasks. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising from Portland State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Mt. Hood Community College.
