Debra Poole

Debra Poole possesses extensive experience in marketing and customer operations, having held the position of Senior Manager, Customer Marketing Operations at Ulta Beauty from September 2018 to November 2021. Prior to this role, Debra was the Manager of CRM Operations at Winston Brands, Inc. from January 2008 to September 2018, and worked as a Marketing Analyst at Spiegel from January 1992 to January 2004, where Debra also served as Acquisition Manager. Debra holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees in Marketing from DePaul University, earned between January 1995 and January 1998.
