E.M. Engel has a diverse work experience in the gaming and art industry. They started their career as an Illustrator at Synn Studios Inc. in 2013 for a brief period. In 2014, they worked as an Interactive Artist at Guru Studio. Following this, in 2015, E.M. Engel joined Lightbot as the Sole Game Artist until 2017. They then transitioned to Extra Dimension Games in 2018, starting as a Game Artist and later being promoted to the role of Art Director in 2022. Currently, they are still employed at Extra Dimension Games in the role of Art Director. Prior to their professional career, E.M. Engel attended Sheridan College from 2010 to 2014 as a student.
