Adi Nagarajan

Adi Nagarajan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Bayer Technology Services in 2011, where they developed optimization models, conducted time studies, and compiled safety documents. In 2012, Adi worked independently as an Industrial Engineer, developing a market requirements document for an RFID-based inventory management system and assisting in building a prototype.

In 2013, they joined Extra Space Storage as a Pricing Scientist and later became a Sr. Data Scientist. In these roles, Adi contributed to data analytics and pricing strategies. They then moved up to become the Director of Digital Analytics & Systems and eventually the Sr. Director responsible for leading digital analytics and systems teams.

Adi also gained teaching experience as an Instructional Assistant at C.T. Bauer College of Business. They conducted tutorial sessions and led student groups in optimization and simulation projects.

They also have a certification in Reinforcement Learning from MIT Professional Education, obtained in the year 2021.
