Brett Boot has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brett started their career as a Seasonal Gate/Ticketing Agent at Delta Air Lines in 2009 and later worked as a Project Manager at Cap Construction from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they also served as an Account Manager for Latin American Sales/Marketing at Southwire Company in 2013. In 2014, Brett interned at Delta Air Lines as an IFS Field Operations intern. In 2015, they interned at the Utah Jazz as an Operations Analyst, where their responsibilities included managing and implementing business processes. Brett then joined Extra Space Storage, where they held various roles including Operations Project Manager, Senior Manager of Operations, and Director of Customer Experience. Brett is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Experience at Extra Space Storage.

Brett Boot has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations and Change Management from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015.
