Tony Fuller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2009, they started working at Virginia Highlands Community College, where they served as a Dual Enrollment Advisor/Assistant Director Governor's School, Career Development Coordinator, and Great Expectations Coordinator. In these roles, they assisted with coordinating dual enrollment programs, developed employment skills among students and alumni, organized career fairs, and provided support to foster care students.
From 2014 to 2020, Tony worked at Symplicity in various positions. As a Product Support Specialist, they troubleshooted system issues and created video tutorials for clients. Later, as a Senior Government Support Specialist, they strengthened relationships with government contractors and managed client issues. As a Client Manager, they secured revenue from clients and identified upsell opportunities.
In 2021, Tony joined SideDoor as a Customer Success Manager, where they focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Tony then moved on to CGI in 2022 as a Business Analyst, where they utilized their analytical skills.
Currently, Tony works at Extracker as a Customer Support Specialist.
Tony Fuller has an extensive education history. In 2005, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences Degree in General Studies from Virginia Highlands Community College. Tony continued their education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Virginia's College at Wise between 2007 and 2009. In 2010, Tony enrolled at Liberty University and completed their Master of Arts in Human Services: Executive Leadership in 2011.
In addition to their academic achievements, Tony Fuller obtained a certification in Managing Customer Expectations from Dale Carnegie Training in June 2015.
