Edis Mekić

Edis Mekić is an experienced professional in customer success management with a robust background in account and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at ExtraHop since June 2022, Edis previously held the same title at Alert Logic and progressed through various management roles at Rackspace from 2012 to 2021, where responsibilities included managing enterprise client relationships and delivering exceptional support services. Edis began a career in member services at USAA Investment Management Company, where expertise in investment strategies and member relations was developed.
