Kimberley McCarty

Kimberley McCarty serves as the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager and Security Advisor at ExtraHop since April 2023, focusing on cybersecurity threat assessments for client networks. Prior to this role, Kimberley retired as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after a 26-year career, which included serving as an Attaché for the U.S. Department of State from January 2013 to January 2015 and as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army from August 1988 to February 1996. Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Masters in Cybersecurity Business from West Virginia University, and a Summer Certificate in Arabic from Middlebury Language Schools.
