Kurt Shubert has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kurt has held positions at ExtraHop, where they served as a Vice President of Strategy and Operations, responsible for strategic planning, performance reporting, operational tooling, and more. Kurt also worked as a Senior Director of Customer Success at ExtraHop, leading a cross-functional team focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. At NYK Business Systems, Kurt was an Application Support Manager, where they successfully implemented automation and restructured schedules to reduce costs. Kurt also worked as a Consultant at Apptio and held various roles at NSRI USA Inc., including Application Architect and Technical Lead. Kurt Shubert received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from the University of Notre Dame from 1986 to 1990. Kurt then pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Science at Western Washington University from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kurt Shubert has obtained certifications including the ExtraHop Essentials Certificate from ExtraHop in November 2019, the ExtraHop Certified Analyst certification from ExtraHop Networks in 2016, and the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in October 2021.
