Nicole Lenis Pérez

Nicole Lenis Pérez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery coordination, having held the position of Senior Service Delivery Coordinator at ExtraHop since February 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole served as an Operations Support Analyst and Call Center Supervisor at Maximus from January 2021 to February 2022. Nicole's career also includes roles at DXC Technology as a Professional Service Delivery Coordinator and Professional Quality Analyst from September 2017 to January 2021, as well as a System Administrator at Centro de Servicios a la Juventud from July 2015 to August 2017. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, completed between 2003 and 2007.
