Alyssa Mun

Alyssa Mun is a Systems Engineering Manager at Extreme Networks since April 2017, leading a technical team that supports Virtual Sales Account Managers across the United States. Alyssa has a track record of mentoring Systems Engineers and collaborating cross-functionally to drive opportunities to technical closure. Previously, Alyssa served as a Sr. National Channel SE, providing support to partners, and as a Solutions Engineer focused on K-12 sales in the New England region. Alyssa's career began at Carousel Industries as a Regional Pre-Sales Systems Engineer and Associate Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included analyzing customer needs and providing technical designs. Alyssa also gained early experience as an IT Intern at GT Advanced Technologies. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
