Amanda Ng currently serves as an Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024, while also holding the position of Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator for The Walt Disney Company since March 2019, overseeing operations at Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. In this role, Amanda leads a team of over 100 Cast Members, fostering a strong culture of teamwork for daily park operations. Previous experience includes serving as an Operations Integration Intern at Disney Cruise Line, where Amanda supported operational integrations and collaborated with key business partners, as well as working as a Competition Coordinator managing large-scale events for clients like Varsity and RunDisney. Amanda began the career journey as a Deep Water Lifeguard, developing life-saving skills and advancing to trainer and relief-coordinator roles. The educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
