Mark Hood

Mark Hood has extensive experience in service delivery, account management, and technical support, predominantly within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as SR Director of Premier/Professional Service Delivery at Extreme Networks since October 2017, Mark focuses on customer satisfaction through proactive account management and advocacy. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Brocade, where responsibilities encompassed post-sales support and team management, as well as significant tenure at Alcatel-Lucent, where Mark led the development of critical testing and evaluation teams. Mark's career also includes positions at Newbridge Networks and AT&T Solutions, where technical and operational support was pivotal. Mark holds a BS in Information Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an A.S. in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
