Michelle Taupier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and wellness. Currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits & Wellness at Extreme Networks since February 2024, Michelle previously held the role of Director of Global Benefit Programs and Senior Employee Benefits Manager at Skillsoft from March 2002 to January 2024. Prior experience includes a position as Senior HR Representative at NMS Communications from 1996 to 2002. Michelle holds a BA in Psychology/Human Sciences & Services from the University of Rhode Island and an MA in Human Resource Management from Framingham State University.
