Jerry Carnill is the Founder and Chief Engagement Officer of Extreme Response International, a role held since January 2001, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in extreme situations. Extreme Response International is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, humanitarian organization focused on helping women, orphans and vulnerable children living in extreme conditions. We have 30 partners in nine countries. We also fully operate a Children's Home in Manila, Philippines, a Dream Centre after-school program in Cape Town, South Africa, and a multi-faceted child development/after-school/adult-skills program serving the Quito Dump Community in Ecuador.
