Shino Ikegami

Shino Ikegami is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Extron Inc. since March 2020, Shino oversees marketing strategies for a company specializing in end-to-end supply chain solutions, particularly within the electronics and medical device sectors. As Managing Director of The Wha-Dho Institute since June 2007, Shino focuses on executive coaching and leadership training, assisting business executives and small business owners in aligning their personal narratives with business strategies. Prior to these roles, Shino held the position of Public Relations Manager at Polo Ralph Lauren® from October 1994 to February 2007, where responsibilities included managing marketing and public relations activities for the entire product line while collaborating with various stakeholders for outreach and marketing events.
