Tara Yukawa has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tara began their career in 2004 as a Marketing Assistant/Community Relations at Republic Property Group. In 2005, they worked as a Copywriting Intern at 1400 Words, and the following year, they became a Copywriter/Account Executive at the same company. From 2007 to 2016, Tara worked at Sherry Matthews Group, first as an Account Supervisor and later as a Business Development Director. During their time there, they managed campaign strategy and execution, handled budgets, and led cross-functional teams for multiple clients. In 2016, Tara joined Dun & Bradstreet as a Leader/Senior Manager of Global Web Management & Strategy, responsible for global strategy and operations for websites across multiple markets. Tara then moved on to work at Extu, where they held various roles including Director of Digital, Content & Campaign Management, Vice President of Marketing Solutions, and currently serves as the Vice President of Global Operations. In their current position, Tara oversees global operations and contributes to the overall success and growth of the company.
Tara Yukawa obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Texas Woman's University from 2002 to 2006. Tara also studied Spanish language and culture at Universidad de Granada for a year in 2005. In addition to their formal education, Tara Yukawa obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2019.
