Amandeep Tahim is a Senior Director and leader of Exusia's Africa Client Delivery practice. Amandeep also leads the Exusia Financial Strategy & Analytics practice where he is accountable for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Business Analysts and Data Analysts who are focused on developing best-in-class Big Data and Analytics solutions for Exusia’s Fortune 1000 clients across the globe. Amandeep leverages his 11+ years of experience in advanced analysis, data integration, development, and design to develop strategies and create infrastructure for building complex and diversified analytics solutions that enable clients to make real-time decisions that drive measurable ROI and business growth. He has extensive experience in the Financial industry including retail banking, corporate banking, and human capital management. His expertise spans requirements gathering, validation, analysis, design, and development.

Prior to joining Exusia, Amandeep held positions as a Developer, Business Analyst, and Data Analyst for firms including Citi Bank, Automatic Data Processing (ADP), and Oracle Financial Services Ltd. Amandeep received a Bachelor of Engineering from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology and Science, Indore, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Operations from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. He is a certified Business Analyst from the British Computer Society and also has an International Certificate in Product Management and Marketing from the Institute of Product Leadership, Bangalore.

Amandeep is an avid sportsperson and has participated in sports all his life. He competes in tennis tournaments regularly. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and daughter.
