Valerie Novales

Valerie Novales is the Head of Global Operations and Partner at Exusia, Inc., where Valerie oversees the firm’s global operations and business functions. Leveraging their extensive advisory and managerial experience, Valerie develops corporate strategy and facilitates communication to support Exusia’s rapid growth plans. Prior to this, Valerie worked as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Finance Group at DLA Piper LLP, specializing in the health care sector. Valerie also served as an Associate in the Health Practice Transactions Group at McDermott Will and Emery, LLP. Valerie holds a B.A., cum laude, in History from Harvard University and a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
